Salut mes amies,
Here is how my story started, On my trip to city of Lyon to
continue my education in French Literature, I fell in love with unique taste of French pastries and it
was at that time I started my sweet journey at “Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie” to learn the
magic of French delights and all the way to baking at “Cafe’ Pouchkine” in Paris and later in Newport
Beach California at “Pelican Hill Resort”. This path carved me to be with you here at my sweet home
“French Secret Pastry” to use all my French Secrets and techniques to create the most tasteful and
delicious pastries and dessert for you.
